Neighborhood girls

These little girls live in my neighborhood and bring so much joy. I met them one day when I was getting out of my car and the littlest one, Ava, simply ran over, arms spread wide, wanting to be held, and ever since then, they have become my favorite part of living in this little neighborhood.

Zoe is 4, and has more personality and spunk and courage, and will chase the little chocolate lab puppy around three different front yards while Baylee, the little dog pretends to be terrified until Zoe stops or runs out of breath. Then she comes up and nips at her until she starts to chase her again.

Ella is an old soul but is only 7. Beautiful, deep, but still very childlike, she herds her sisters around and looks out for them, and wants to play my guitar whenever she sees it. She loves Beauty and the Beast and is a voracious reader. So much goodness and love in these little girls.
