Hisway Painting has been in business for almost 30 years, transforming homes in the greater Nashville area with a fresh coat of paint. But that is only a part of their story. Bud and Eileen Zegel have a passion for working with the nations, are able to serve their all Hispanic work force who come from multiple countries in central and south America.

The Zegels use their faith to be Godly examples and provide encouragement and support for their employee's dreams, helping them get settled in the local community, providing English tutoring, teaching them to read, helping them get homes, etc.

For the first time, many of their employees are LIVING their dreams painting for Hisway, and have families and are building roots in this area. This is a vehicle for the Zegels for partnering with younger generations and mentoring, a vehicle for giving people better lives. Hisway Painting pays highly competitive wages and profit sharing, and gives incentives for working hard and getting the job done well.

We worked with Hisway Painting on several photo shoots, not only capturing their beautiful work on homes in Brentwood and Franklin, but with their employees after celebrating a holiday meal. We used these images on their website, in social media, on newsletters and in direct mail.
